本标准适用于 MixTalk（Google Play 商店上架名称；亦称语伴社交应用）及其运营方。MixTalk 面向年满 16 周岁用户的语言学习与社交场景，严禁任何形式的儿童性虐待与性剥削（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation，简称 CSAE）。
禁止创建、上传、传播、引诱获取、储存或以其他方式处理涉及未成年人的性剥削内容或儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）。一经发现，我们将立即移除相关内容，并视情况限制、封禁账号，以及配合主管机关调查。
用户可在 MixTalk 应用内通过举报、反馈或联系支持渠道，提交关于不当内容、骚扰或疑似 CSAE/CSAM 的报告。我们会审核并采取适当行动。
在实际知悉 CSAM 后，我们将按本标准与适用法律采取行动（包括移除内容与限制账号），并视管辖区域要求，向 NCMEC（National Center for Missing & Exploited Children）或当地主管机关报告已确认的 CSAM。
MixTalk 承诺遵守适用的儿童安全法律法规，持续改进审核、举报处理与数据保存流程，以降低 CSAE 风险。
