These standards apply to MixTalk (the Google Play store listing name for this language-partner social app) and its operator. MixTalk serves language learning and social use by users aged 16 and over, and strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Creating, uploading, distributing, soliciting, storing or otherwise handling material that sexually exploits minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is prohibited. On discovery we remove the content immediately, restrict or ban the account as appropriate, and cooperate with investigations by the competent authorities.
Users can report inappropriate content, harassment or suspected CSAE/CSAM through the in-app report and feedback options or the support channel. We review every report and take appropriate action.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we act under these standards and applicable law — removing content and restricting accounts — and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or to the relevant regional authority as required in that jurisdiction.
MixTalk commits to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations and to continuously improving its review, report-handling and data-retention processes to reduce CSAE risk.
For Google Play or other parties needing to contact us about CSAE/CSAM on MixTalk, email [email protected] (contact: LI SHAOHUA). This contact can act on enforcement and review processes.
